The Tour Operator will provide services as agreed upon in writing between the operator and the Client.

The Tour Operator will be responsible for providing a transportation as agreed (SUV, SUV XL, Convertible, Tesla, Jeep or similar to any of those) as well as buying a gas, paying for tolls and parking. Client will be responsible for any other costs incurred during the tour, like meals, tickets to parks or events.

The Tour Operator will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour.

The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Tour Operator's equipment or property.

The Tour Operator has the right to cancel the Tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other event that may affect the safety or well-being of the Clients.

The Client must follow all rules and regulations set by the Tour Operator and any authorities during the tour.

The Tour Operator has the right to refuse service to any client who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

The Tour Operator retains all rights to any intellectual property developed during the Tour.

The Client must pay the Tour Operator the agreed-upon fee for the services provided.

These terms and conditions are binding and may not be modified unless agreed upon in writing by both the tour operator and the client.

By accepting the services of the Tour Operator, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
